Our Ask
We are looking for an experienced In-house Non-Engineering Recruiter who is passionate about supporting high growth headcount plans and working with the leadership team to deliver a company mission.  Getting the right team in place is critical to our success.

Your task

  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with Hiring Managers and teams to research roles and generate effective pipelines.
  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment including resume screening, phone interviews, scheduling, feedback solicitation, candidate communication, offers, negotiation and onboarding.
  • Use a multi-channel approach to find the perfect fit for Trade Ledger’s jobs; creative sourcing, events, meet-ups etc.
  • Be an ambassador for the Trade Ledger’s brand, get candidates engaged and provide all external stakeholders with an incredible experience.

About you

  • 5+ years in talent acquisition – ideally 2-3 as an in-house recruiter.
  • Must have experience working for a high growth tech company recruiting across sales, marketing, customer delivery and go-to-market roles.
  • Strong business acumen and exceptional interviewing skills including culture fit screening
  • Ability to work in a team environment and to prioritise multiple tasks and manage work load efficiently with a high sense of urgency.
  • Experience in recruiting active and passive candidates through various methods: networking, internet, networking communities, website, referrals, university relations, and other creative methods
  • Experience partnering with senior level managers and interviewers to gain an in-depth understanding of the position, personality and culture sought.
